Moje prvo pismo žalbe Siemensu:

To whom it may concern,

I recently purchased your mobile phone M55 and I am VERY disappointed. First of all, the software didnt work properly and still doesnt. It likes to delete all Addressbook entries – I hate that cell! It costed too damn much, 1300 kunas! Do you know how much is that? Do you know that average wage in Croatia is not much higher than that? Yes you sure do. Poor little Croatia, and what you do? You sell us your shitty little cell phones that dont work! The software is not the only problem with this phone. Its the phone itsself! Its not cute, its not economic, its NOTHING! The battery doesnt last for 4 days, it lasts for 4 hours! Maybe you typed it wrong in your booklet, so would you please be so kind and correct the error. Because that very same error made me buy that mobile phone among other things. The display is horrible. I just cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this. You, Siemens, sold me something that is really not it. I am afraid I will have to give up on you. Samsung is the next best thing.

I want a full refund and a new cell phone now! Either that or my Italian uncle will pay you a visit.
